2021 International Talk Series on Co-enrolment Education with Sign Language Support

The Centre for Sign Linguistics and Deaf Studies of the Chinese University of Hong Kong is pleased to announce the 2021 International Talk Series to celebrate its 15th anniversary of establishing an innovative, inclusive education model for deaf and hard-of-hearing (DHH) and hearing children in Hong Kong - Sign Bilingualism and Co-enrolment Education Programme (The SLCO Programme).

The Centre for Sign Linguistics and Deaf Studies is honoured by the speakers from Australia, Austria, Germany, China (Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR, Quzhou), The Netherlands and the United States. They will share the educational philosophy and practices of co-enrolment education in their countries and discuss its positive impacts on the development of DHH and hearing children and challenges.
