Professor Gladys Tang gave a talk entitled “how to resolve Deaf children’s reading difficulties” at the child assessment services Centre in Hong Kong. Around a hundred concerned parents of deaf and hard-of-hearing children were enlightened by Professor Tang’s concept of sign linguistics and how that can help their children develop literacy.
