Registration Fee

The registration fee for the symposium includes admission to all sessions from 19 – 21 June 2014, tea receptions, online resources and interpretation of the official languages. Admission to the Symposium Gala Dinner which will be held on 20 June 2014 (Friday) is on a subscription basis.

Gala Dinner

The Symposium Gala Dinner will be held on 20 June 2014 (Friday) and the fee is HKD300 per individual.

Registration Method

Please fax the registration form to (852) 3943 4179, or email a scanned copy of it to sym_signbi2014@cslds.org, with '2014 Symposium Registration' as the subject. You can also send the completed form by mail to Centre for Sign Linguistics and Deaf Studies, Room 104, Academic Building No. 2, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shatin, New Territories, Hong Kong with '2014 Symposium Registration' on the cover.

For full-time students, Deaf/Hard-of-Hearing participants, interpreters for participants, parents of Deaf/Hard-of-Hearing children or local teachers of Deaf/Hard-of-hearing students, please return the completed Registration Fee Waiver Form together with the Registration Form.

Standard registration is closed. On-site registration is available during 19 – 21 June 2014.

Registration Deadline

The registration deadline is 26 May 2014.
We accept on-site registration during 19 – 21 June 2014.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Registration fees will be refunded upon receipt of a written notice of cancellation as follows:

On or before 31 May 2014: 50% refund
From 1 June 2014: No refund
No show: No refund
