The RTHK documentary "Perfect Puzzle (孩子的完美拼圖)” sponsored by the Constitutional and Mainland Affairs Bureau of the HKSAR Government was aimed to promote public awareness on the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. The Kindergarten Sign Bilingualism and Co-enrolment in Deaf Education (SLCO) Programme and the story of a deaf student in the SLCO Programme learning dancing from a deaf instructor were featured in one of the episodes about social inclusiveness.
